What do you do for a living?
I am a freelance Portrait Artist,people and animals are facinating to draw.Eyes are definately the gateway to the soul,It never ceases to amaze me what comes out with pencil and paper that you cannot see in a photo.
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
There are so many choices available it can be mind boggeling and
conflicting.I think that all negative experiences eventually have a positive outcome even if it takes years,when we look back at all the pain and misfourtune in ourselves and others there is always something to be learned and gained.
What are your favorite books?
James Clavells KING RAT, is interestingly soul searching if you look at human nature and survival in some of the worst conditions.James Redfields CELESTINE PROPHECIES,and the experiential guide,lovely and uplifting to think we can be helpful and loving to each other instead of competetive and seperate.
What type of books do you like to read?
A variety,depends on my mood and whats happening in my life at the time.I dislike anything political and you would never find a copy of Mills and Boon in my house.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
Anything with good morals and a story that relies on a clever plot/idea with an unpredictable ending.Really good movies for me are The Legend of Bagger Vance, A.I. ,Mothmen Prophecies, Touching the Void and Shallow Hal.
What kind of music do you like?
Almost anything.Most bands,even the depressing ones,produce at least one good tune.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
Unfortunately its junk food for me,though I am trying to improve on that and I do like salad even if it is with mayonaise.
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
Definately Liberal.
What do you like to do for fun?
Joking around and laughing with my family is probably the best fun.
What are some of your interests?
When I motivate myself I enjoy swimming,badminton,yoga and walking.More relaxing though is massage,sauna being pampered.I love being with my family and travel.Other places,people and cultures are fascinating.
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
Being a mother when my children are happy.Completing courses in Indian Head Massage,Body Massage and Reiki of course.Also surviving lifes worst experiences and being positive.

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
First heard of Reiki through a chat with a healer.I was attuned for first degree Reiki in 2003.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Usui.
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
Body massage,Indian head massage and i am interested in the use of crystals for healing.
