How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I've been involved with Reiki and other energy forms for over 20 years. I became interested because of my work with very tiny and fragile premature infants, and wanted a way to touch them that would be gentle and communicate the love I feel for them.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
I like to call it "Plain Vanilla Reiki"!
