How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I have been involved in Reiki for approximately 5 years. I did not want to use medication to control migraine headaches so I began and exploration of complimentary practices. I have not used a vasodialator medication since I began with Reiki
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
I practice Usui Reiki.
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
I am trained in therapuetic touch.
