How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I wanted to learn a healing technique which I could use to heal others. I didn't know a lot about Reiki, although I had experienced a short treatment about 5 years ago, hence I didn't know that Reiki involved channelling universal energy prior to the Level One Classes i undertook in Dharamsala, India. I was amazed at how fantastically Reiki worked on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. I loved practising, and continue to do so everyday.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?

What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
None, but am looking forward to broadening my knowledge of alternative therapies and incorporating Reiki into these.
