I am a Reiki Master. I have been doing Reiki since 1995 and have been a Master since 1997. I teach Reiki on a one-to-one basis for those people who dislike group situations and/or find they are unable to make the classes fit into their lifestyle. This enables me to design the teaching to the person. I have notes and a format so all important aspects are covered. I have a spiritual focus and practise other healing modalities, which I bring in, to give a greater understanding of how to use Reiki. It is important to me, that my students go away from learning Reiki feeling comfortable to practise what they have learnt. I am an easy going person so like the workshops to flow and move slowly and calmly. I am happy to travel, if someone wants to learn Reiki. I only ask that you pay for my petrol costs and provide me with accommodation (if you are a great distance from Mullumbimby where I live (It is near Byron Bay)).

NEW - I have now joined Byron-Mullum-Tweed LETS. I am working at Market days on Wednesdays for anyone who wants a healing. I am now taking Echoes (LETS Currency) for workshops plus a small cash component to cover costs. General questions

What do you do for a living?

Mostly healing work. I have a lot of assistance from others financially which seems to be how the universe has organised it so I can spend a lot of time working on myself, and sharing with others.

What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?

I am Buddist more or less. I have worked with Ascended Masters and Angels doing my healing work.

What are your favorite books?

Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, Terry Pratchett books, Autobiographs, Australian novels (because I more closely relate to the experiences in them). I have read many, many, self-help books and new age type books. I love to read!

What type of books do you like to read?

New Age, Self-help, Astology, fanstasy, sci-fiction, autobioraphies, well written fiction

What type of movies or television shows do you watch?

The particular tv show that I am loving currently is Crossing Over with John Edwards. It is on Arena (I think you get this in the USA? - it is from there). I love anything I can learn something new from. I also laugh heaps so enjoy comedy.

What kind of music do you like?

Alternative. Enya. New Age Music. Chanting. Classical. Jazz and Blues.

What type of foods do you like to eat?

Mainly stir-frys and rice are my current staple. I am vegetarian. I love milk products but they don't agree with me. I really love hot chips. I have a friend who is French and she does the most amazing salads.

Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?

I am your basic non-conformist. I have always been like this. It actually presents a lot of problems. People can find it very confronting and when this is just who you are it becomes difficult to change entirely for them just so you can get along.

What do you like to do for fun?

Be with friends.

What are some of your interests?

Reiki of course! Kinergetics. Astrology. Numerology. Heaps of New Age Stuff. The environment. Human rights. Lots of political stuff. Going to the beach. Bushwalking. Being on the net (well I doing a lot of that at the moment). Talking on the telephone. Heaps of other stuff too!

What achievements in your life are you most proud of?

Moving here to The Byron Shire has been a very major achievement for me. I have been looking for a place to live hear for about four years. I have finally manifested the perfect place for me to live. Some days I cannot believe it. The energy in this area is so amazing. It attracts so many healers. I welcome anyone who would like to visit me. I just love to share.

Also my bloodyminded persistance to get my healing work out there, and keep at dealing with my own personal stuff.

What Reiki level are you?

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?

I found Reiki in December 1994. Because of summer holidays I was not able to learn Reiki until February 1995. Reiki I is the highpoint of my life so far.

I did Reiki II in June 1995 and Masters in May 1997.

What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?

I say Reiki is Reiki is Reiki. If I am going to have a style I would have to say I do intuitive Reiki.

Reiki Hands and Feet was the name of my original lineage. It came out of Osho's Ashram in Poona, India.

What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?

Kinesiology and in particular Kinergetics (mostly). I have sold Aromatherapy. I use crystals. I do foot massage which is pretty much like reflexology. I have done Zenith Colour Healing. I have certificates in counselling
