I 'found' Reiki (or did it find me) more than 5 years ago, Karuna Ki about 2 years ago at this writing.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
I practice a combination of Usui, Karuna Ki. I have also been attuned to Karuna.
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
I also practice reflexology and aromatherapy.
