I have been a Reiki practioner for a while now. I am a Buddhist of sorts. (I really do not like labels). I took the vows with the Dalai Lama. I have been using the Reiki energy with my daily practice.

I am a teacher/trainer
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
I really do not like lables. However, Buddhist would fit. I took the vows with the Dalai Lama. He is absolutely pure light.
What are your favorite books?
The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran; The Course In Miracles- This is what started the metamorphosis: Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh; The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching also by Thich Nhat Hanh; A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson; Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance
What type of books do you like to read?
Mostly non-fiction; however There is nothing like a good novel.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
Discovery, TLC; HGTV, health network; "Friends", Will & Grace". All movies that make me cry

I used to like rock; still like Todd Rungren(?), David Bowie; classical, new age; some pop

Love Asian food, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese
