What do you do for a living?
What I do for a living: I am mother to seven great kids, grandma to sixteen grandkids, a new service dog puppy in training. I am sister, aunt and friend to many others. (I'm often called 'other mom') I am a stay at home mom for my youngest son.
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
This area will always be under construction. I believe it will take the rest of my life as Spirit leads me on new paths and into new areas. The Reiki principals are a good start especially when actually practiced.
What are your favorite books?
Where do I start or even finish? Many are the books and authors and many more that I am to read. (My family has threatened to throw both the books and me out of the house)
What type of books do you like to read?
I am VERY eclectic.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
My time is usually spent reading but CSI and Law and Order sometimes hold my attention. The History Channel and any of the Discovery Channels have great shows which in turn lead to research (chasing rabbits)
What kind of music do you like?
I like most music. Steve McDonald and the Scots ballads are good, as is anything by Manheim Steamroller. I also have a lot of good instrumentals for my meditation and massage.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
I will try just about anything as long as it doesn't bite me back.
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
I am mostly a conservative person. Usually but not always.
What do you like to do for fun?
I like to read, cook and work with wood. I like to spend time with my kids and grandkids. I like to think up surprises for my friends and family and then make them happen.
What are some of your interests?
My intrests are varied and many. Healing arts, cooking, history, crafts, camping and sharing life are a few of my interests.
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
I think I am most proud of my children. I have raised them alone and they have turned out very good. I am enjoying getting to know them as adults. I am finding I would choose them as friends even if they weren't my kids.

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I think Reiki found me. October ('99) was my attunement (all three levels in one day) Reiki is my beginning but not the end since now I am challenged to grow in ways never imagined before.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?

What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
Reflexology, aromatherapy, herbalogy, massage
