How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I had heard about reiki first from my realtives, some of whom were attuned to level 1. Afterwards, I was reunited with my mother after many years & I discovered that she was a reiki master. She encouraged me to get attuned & explore reiki further. I have been practising it for 2 years now.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
I practice Usui / Tibetan reiki as well as Kundalini /Gold reiki. I have also been attuned to Karuna reiki 1& 2.
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
I have been practising yoga for some time and have recently discovered a form of yoga originating in Tibet which is supposed to align & balance the chakras and work on reversing the ageing process of the body.
