How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
i was attuned to reiki in may of 2002.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Traditional Usui, Karuna Ki-do, Kundalini Reiki, Imara Reiki and Lavender Flame, Seikhem
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
I teach a form of vinyasa yoga combining kundalini and hatha, I am also studying tantra, shiatsu, accupressure, reflexology, anusara & pilates techniques to relieve pain and increase flow of energy and oxygen throughout the body.
