General questions
What do you do for a living?
Retired from the 'day job' - thank goodness - and practise complementary therapies part time. I also give talks & attend holistic fairs, and love to meet with like minded folks!
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
Being deeply spiritual, I belong to no organised religion. I believe we are drops in the cosmic ocean and return to the source when we pass over. There we nurse our bruises from this lifetime for a while :-) before returning to learn even more lessons. I believe that absolutely everything in this world is connected by the mysterious cosmic web.
What kind of music do you like?
Very eclectic tastes, from rock n roll to new age, to classical. But not rap.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
Mainly vegetarian, but also enjoy fish. And nice free range eggs! But I recognise that in dire circumstances, I would probably eat anything! I'm not a fanatic!
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
This must be in the American sense of the words!! I am just me.
What do you like to do for fun?
Love to walk in the countryside with my dog, like to take photos, love rivers, lakes & mountains. Also like to drum (djembes & others)
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
Producing & bringing up two beautiful sons who are a pleasure to know & be with.

What Reiki level are you?
Practitioner/Teacher
How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I 'found' reiki in 1998 when I was attuned by Bruce Way. Since then, I have been giving treatments and attuning to all levels.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Western Usui Reiki
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
Reflexology since 1996, also Indian Head Massage, Crystology (Melody's method plus innovations of my own), meditation classes. I also dowse & am making much progress in this field.

I teach reiki on a regular basis throughout the year, usually at weekends. Also this year (2007) I commence teaching reiki at a hotel resort in Egypt in November.
