My name is Tracy Lynn. I am the first "T" in 3T Reiki. I am Registered Nurse, Reiki Master and Holistic Health Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in Adult and Pediatric Care. I have knowledge and experience in:

What do you do for a living?
I am a Case Manager for an Alternative Medicine company that makes referrals to local Acupuncturists and Massage Therapists. I am also a Reiki Master and Holistic Health practitioner and do seminars and classes in community. In addition I am a freelance writer and write for local alternative magazines.
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
I am what I call a "Metaphysical Christian". I am VERY Spiritual but not as religious. I attend First Unity Church and go to weekly Course in Miracles classes. I pull my spiritual style from Chritianity as well as Budhist beliefs.
What are your favorite books?
Anything to do with Alternative Healing, A Course in Miracles or Reiki
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
Medical shows (ER), Comedy (Scrubs, Sex in the City)
My favorite movie is Somewhere in Time with Christopher Reeves (1980)

Play with my kids. Go to the beach or park. Go to festivals and fairs. I also like to go to anything spiritual and new...

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
I discovered it in early 1998 and immediately was interested. I became a practitioner in 1998 and Master within a year. I have been teaching since 1999 and started 3 T Reiki that year.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Usui Reiki via Essential Reiki attunement Style of Diane Stein.
