General questions
What do you do for a living?
Currently working for a title company as an abstractor. I am an EMT-Basic for a volunteer rescue squad. Goal is to go back to school...all the way through Paramedic level...and maybe eventually become a teacher.
What religions or philosophies of life do you believe in?
I was raised Episcopalian but don't honestly believe that there is any one true religion. I believe in the goodness of people and nature and of a Higher Being that I don't have a name for. I believe in unconditional love.
What are your favorite books?
Have always liked scifi/fantasy, but also like anything that will help me learn more with science, healing...practically anything.
What type of books do you like to read?
Sci-Fi/Fantasy mostly. I'll try anything that looks interesting. Also like mysteries, alternate histories, non-fiction.
What type of movies or television shows do you watch?
Watch a lot on The Learning Channel...Discovery Channel...SciFi, Animal Planet. Movies just depend on the mood and if I'm watching with my entire family or not.
What kind of music do you like?
Classical, soft rock, soothing mediations....a little of everything.
What type of foods do you like to eat?
I like all types, but lean more towards Cuban and Japanese cuisines.
Do you consider yourself to be more of a conservative or liberal person?
Hmmm...a little of both I guess.
What do you like to do for fun?
I spend as much time with my family as I can. My favorite passtimes is hiking through the mountians and walking by the seashore...far away from public eye.
What are some of your interests?
My interests lie with helping and healing others, music and theater, science and my family.
What achievements in your life are you most proud of?
I'm proud of my family. We have been through an awful lot and we are still hanging strong. I am proud of myself because no matter what has happened to me over the years I still hold myself to the path that I have chosen and that has chosen me.

How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
Found out about Reiki by accident by meeting my teacher online and then in person in 1999. Since then I've been studying under him and doing my own research online.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Usui Shiki Ryoho
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
The only other healing that I do besides Reiki is being there for others and listening.
