How did you find Reiki and how long have you been involved with Reiki?
Reiki found me. After 6 months of finding Reiki books, Reiki videos, and Reiki announcements everywhere I turned (or so it seemed) I decided to onvestigate further. By coincidence(hah) a Reiki practitioner was giving treatments at a local Pagan Goods shop. Then a Reiki Master offered classes and attunements at a Yoga studio near my home. I finally gave in and accepted that Reiki was to be a part of my life.
What style or styles of Reiki do you practice?
Traditional Usui, though my Master is not as regimented as many Usui Reiki masters seem to be.
What other (if any) healing modalalites have you practiced besides Reiki?
